With Doodle's redesign it now takes just three easy steps to schedule an appointment

Zurich, 15 August 2017 – Today, the leading online scheduler Doodle (www.doodle.com) is rolling out its new desktop version and mobile apps in Switzerland. With the redesign, Doodle considerably simplifies the coordination of meetings in response to a user need. For the time being, the worldwide process to upgrade the efficiency of scheduling has been completed with the Doodle relaunch.

Coordinating an appointment in three easy steps

Scheduling with Doodle is now considerably more efficient – all it takes is three easy steps to generate and send a poll. In addition, the scheduling tool for polls has a new and clear design, even when many participants are involved. Poll generators as well as invited parties can use the tool without registration directly and free of charge, as in the past, both for private get-togethers and for professional appointments. The participants in a poll can easily select their preferred dates. All the organiser subsequently has to do is determine the most convenient date with just one click. With the new “Invite participants via Email” feature from Doodle the organiser can send the invitation directly without having to copy an additional link.

Usability enhanced by user feedback

Doodle has used the feedback from a wide range of users to develop the new version. Since the beginning of the year, the redesign has already been successfully introduced in some international markets, such as the USA and Great Britain, and received a positive response. The updated Doodle version is now also available to registered users. With a registered profile, users can connect their own calendar with Doodle and avoid switching back and forth between two applications. In addition, the list of self-generated polls with all important details is presented at a glance.
