Christof Zogg is the new CEO of Starticket
Zurich, 30 October 2018 – Christof Zogg (47) is taking over the management of the ticketing service Starticket, effective 1 January 2019. Previously, he was Director Digital Business at the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB) for four years. His responsibilities in this position included the successful new development of the digital touchpoints SBB Mobile and SBB.ch. Ticket sales tripled during this period. Christof Zogg headed a 50-member team consisting of digital technology, sales and marketing experts. Prior to his engagement with SBB he held various positions at Microsoft Switzerland for eight years, most recently as Director Developer & Platform Group and Member of the Management.

As the new CEO Christof Zogg is succeeding Stefan Riedel who has left the company. Starticket was established in 2003 and annually sells several million tickets for events throughout Switzerland via a network of 1500 booking offices, call centres and directly through starticket.ch.
