Tamedia: Changes in the Board of Directors Committees

Zurich, 6 December 2013 – At today's meeting, the Board of Directors of Tamedia appointed Martin Kall, one of its members, to the Nominating and Compensation Committee and Pierre Lamunière, also a Board member, to the Journalism Committee. These appointments will take effect on 1 January 2014. Effective as of 31 December 2013, Eric Hoesli will step down from the Journalism Committee and Tibère Adler will leave the Nominating and Compensation Committee. In preparation of the implementation of the “Regulations against abusive executive compensation” Christoph Tonini will resign from all Board of Directors committees, also effective as of 31 December 2013. In the future he will be invited to attend the meetings in his position as Chief Executive Officer.
