Urs Fehr becomes Head of Communications and Investor Relations

Zurich, 8 May 2025 – TX Group is delighted to welcome Urs Fehr, an experienced leader. With his strategic thinking, strong media and financial expertise, and extensive network in the industry, he will contribute to the further development of the group. Urs Fehr will join TX Group on 10 June 2025 and will be responsible for communications at group level, with a particular focus on financial communications and investor relations.

Urs Fehr has extensive experience in corporate communications, media relations and financial communications. Most recently, he was Head of Media Relations at Bank Vontobel, where he was responsible for strategic media relations, crisis and financial communications. Prior to that, he held senior communications positions at renowned financial institutions such as Falcon Private Bank, Credit Suisse Group and Julius Baer.

As announced in December, TX Group's communications structure was reorganised with effect from 1 January 2025. Responsibility has been decentralised to the CEOs of the companies. This decision was a logical consequence of the desired individual responsibility of the companies and enables more flexible and efficient communication.
