TX Group is a network of platforms and participations.
Our roots lie in journalism with the diverse newspapers of Tamedia and the free media of 20 Minuten. Our portfolio is complemented by the advertising marketer Goldbach. TX Group is also an anchor shareholder of the SMG Swiss Marketplace Group and JobCloud. We additionally hold majority stakes in Doodle and Zattoo and are an investor in the fintech sector through our VC investment arm TX Ventures.
Tamedia
Founded in 1893 with the Tages-Anzeiger, the Tamedia media house consists of the strongest editorial network within Switzerland, employing a total of over 1,800 people in its German-speaking and French-speaking regions. Tamedia's leading daily and weekly newspapers, magazines and news platforms are locally rooted and at the same time internationally networked, provide transparency and offer entertainment and orientation. In addition, Tamedia operates the three largest newspaper printing plants in Switzerland.
Goldbach
The companies in the Goldbach Group Ltd market and broker advertising space on TV and radio as well as in print, online and mobile media; their activities also include outdoor advertising and performance marketing. The focus is on straightforward information, advisory and reservation processes. Goldbach pursues a consistent multi-channel approach to reach the end consumer at the right time, in the right place and in the right context. The Goldbach Group Ltd, which has its registered office in Küsnacht, operates mainly in Switzerland, Austria and Germany.
20 Minuten
Launched at the end of 1999 for a young and urban target group, the free newspaper 20 Minuten has developed into the Swiss media brand having the widest reach, with presence in the Swiss German and French-speaking regions, Ticino and abroad. 20 Minuten informs and entertains with stories about society, politics, business, sport, entertainment and lifestyle in eight printed local editions on weekdays and digitally around the clock. It offers a wide range of multimedia content on its digital channels and on social media. The 20 Minuten brand consists of 20 Minuten, 20 minutes and 20 minuti, 20 Minuten Radio, lematin.ch, Encore and the participations abroad (L'essentiel in Luxembourg and Heute in Austria).
Jobcloud
Jobcloud is the leading digital company for the Swiss employment market, best known for its job portals jobs.ch and jobup.ch that connect thousands of candidates with the right job every day. With its extensive partner network, JobCloud brings together the widest range of vacancies, employers and candidates in Switzerland. Its leading platforms jobs.ch, jobup.ch, JobScout 24, Jobwinner, ALPHA, TOPJOBS and other niche sites enable candidates to find their best-matched job in the shortest time. JobCloud is also a privileged Google partner and offers its clients the possibility to showcase their brands within the Tamedia and Ringier network. TX Group holds a 50% stake of Jobcloud.

TX Ventures
As the independent Fintech VC investment arm of TX Group, TX Ventures invests in the next generation of finance. Managing a CHF 100m fund backed by TX Group, TX Ventures not only funds but also assists startups with optional hands-on support in the areas of Marketing, Tech and IT Security. Its mission is to invest in Fintechs democratizing access to financial products, empowering people to gain financial security and improving efficiency as well as sustainability. TX Ventures has a designed Investment Committee competently evaluating and approving VC investment opportunities.
