Philipp Mankowski new Head Advertising Market National Media
Zurich, 24 May 2016 – In his new position as Head of the Advertising Market National Media, Philipp Mankowski will oversee the sales of all national media publications (print and digital) of Tamedia by latest 1 January 2017. In addition, the 43-year-old Swiss national will be responsible for the support and development of clients abroad to continue advancing the international market orientation.
Philipp Mankowski brings years of international experience in the media industry and in-depth knowledge in the convergent marketing of media products. Most recently he was the General Manager International Sales at Axel Springer SE in Berlin, where he was in charge of the advertising marketing of all of the publisher's media to international clients. Previously he had already held a number of executive roles at Axel Springer in Germany. His earlier career includes positions at Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and Publicitas, including in New York.
