Changes in the Communications Organisation at TX Group

Zurich, 10. Dezember 2024 – Dr. Ursula Nötzli has decided to leave TX Group at her own request to pursue a new professional challenge. Since joining the group in early 2021, she served as Chief Communications & Sustainability Officer, overseeing corporate communications, investor relations, public affairs and sustainability initiatives. From January 2022, she was a member of the Group Executive Board, playing a key role in shaping and implementing TX Group's strategic transformation into a transparent, future-oriented holding company. During her tenure, Ursula Nötzli contributed significantly to key milestones, including the establishment of the SMG Swiss Marketplace Group joint venture and the acquisition of Clear Channel Switzerland. Ursula Nötzli represents TX Group on the board of the Association of Swiss Media, while also representing the latter in the board of the Swiss School of Journalism MAZ.

Pietro Supino: “Since Ursula joined, TX Group has adopted a decentralized structure. The individual companies and participations are at the forefront and as a sum represent the group's potential. One of Ursula's major achievements has been making the potential of the group visible, the development of the stock market price is the best testimony to this. On behalf of the Board of Directors and all colleagues, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ursula for the fruitful cooperation and continued support of the transformation.”

Following Ursula Nötzli's departure, TX Group will reorganize its communications organisation. Starting 1 January 2025, responsibilities will be decentralised and assigned to the CEOs of the individual companies. This change aligns with the desired autonomy of the companies and will enable more flexible and efficient communication processes.
Ursula Nötzli will continue to oversee investor relations, financial communications and communications for the publisher and Chairman of the Board until the end of April 2025, ensuring a seamless transition and continuity.
